Causes of Binge Eating Disorder

There is no particular reason behind the practice of Binge Eating. But certain factors may incite any person to eat more than necessary. Binge Eating habit can also occur if an individual follows a strict diet skipping regular meals.

Heredity and biological features play an important role for having this disorder. If someone belongs to a family affected by Eating Disorders, the chance of being effected by Binge Eating becomes high.
